Once again we were delighted with everything – thank you. You can pass on that Josh and the team were fabulous as ever and I’m really glad they came away enthused about working on our project – that’s what we aim for!Head of Group Operations
The client wanted a production designed to deliver the message with maximum impact whilst also showcasing the product. With a keen focus on maximising content a large central projection screen blend was the obvious choice for this show, creating the perfect digital backdrop to theme each different section of the conference.
We supplied a 36m wide x 9m high white cyclorama flown upstage. This created a 20m central projection area with an 8m canvas either side for gobo projection and projected lighting effects. Projection was provided via Christie HD20K projectors and content was designed in-house by our graphic designers. They created a different background for each speaker, which were overlaid with 3 Picture-in-Picture windows for main speaker support content plus live video relay, graphics and logo’s for each particular section of the conference. Content was run from an Avolites Ai Infinity media server and switched via a Barco E2 screen management system.
The event was recorded in HD and edited in-house at our Leeds production facility with a cascade video available the next day for distribution to staff via e-shot.
Sound & Lighting
Once again we provided a powerful and comprehensive audio system with a d&b line array, radio mics and digital mixing. With visual impact being a key factor our creative team produced a series of WYSIWYG CAD visuals to show exactly how the event would look prior to the show.
The lighting design consisted of generic stage wash, audience lighting & product illumination – 10 of JCT600’s finest vehicles that ranged from a 1948 Jowett Javelin through to a present day 2016 Aston Martin DB10 – each lit from above and below with intelligent LED fixtures. The entire rig of over 80 fixtures included the latest ROBE LED technology that included ROBE 1200AT’s, ROBE 100’s and ROBE DLX spotlights.
