Another faultless and overwhelming delivery from Saville. We have worked with the team for several years and we consider them our “go to” partner for technical production.Cormach Moore
Hosted at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, the event saw 350 key dealers gather at this majestic estate in the royal borough of Windsor, to experience the Swift first hand. The event, designed and managed by NOAH, was part of the UK launch campaign for the Swift featuring celebrity duo Ant & Dec. It therefore needed to resonate the quirky, fun approach of this wider marketing campaign, whilst demonstrating the superior commitment Suzuki has invested towards promoting and delivering the product to the UK market.
The level of investment in production for this event was unprecedented for Suzuki in the UK and the Saville team did not disappoint with the design and delivery of all the technical elements for the event. Saville took NOAH’s brief for an ‘immersive screen experience’ to the maximum, installing their Absen A3 pro 3.9mm LED in a massive 37metre, U-shaped formation, incorporating 2 x Swift vehicles within the design. The zone formation of the screen, provided a total canvas resolution of 9,472 x 640 pixels and was teamed with an Avolites AI media server playing all full screen content, via a Barco E2 screen management system. This allowed the team to mix and switch presentations, video and live feeds to an impressive effect.
The audio was also key to the immersive experience, with d&b Q7’s and E8’s, combined with Q subs providing quality surround sound. From their in-house portfolio Saville added some premium lighting kit, in the form of Robe Pointies, 600 LED washes, DLX, 100 LED beams and T-Colours LED washes, with some Hazers providing the finishing touch.
Josh Boothroyd, Project Manager at Saville said “This was a really exciting project to work on with NOAH. Our main objective was to ensure that we didn’t just simply deliver on the client’s expectations, we wanted to exceed them with the reality. Getting cars on a stage is always challenging in a limited capacity room and this was no exception. Our in-house set and staging team helped with a custom build to infill the revolving circular stages together with producing some really amazing graphics to sit behind the vehicles.”
NOAH and Saville partnership
NOAH have worked with Saville for the last five years to add all things technical to their client’s live events. Saville was asked to work with NOAH to design and deliver all things technical for the two-day event, which included a ride and drive experience, followed by a conference style presentation and two gala dinners. The event, needed to excite, motivate and engage the audience, together with facilitating an impressive line-up of entertainment to include a live slot from Ant and Dec’s primetime show, Saturday Night Takeaway, together with sets from comedians Chris Ramsey and Romesh Ranganathan.
Who are NOAH?
An exciting (and excited) ad agency that believe anything is possible and every piece of work can be brilliant. They are driven by success – if their product doesn’t sell, they have failed. They create magic that helps brands to fly, mixing a can-do attitude with bags of experience, and plenty of expertise.
Another faultless and overwhelming delivery from Saville. We have worked with the team for several years and we consider them our “go to” partner for technical production. The service, people, expertise and results speak for themselves and are testament to their client focussed culture. This event has definitely cemented our relationship and their enthusiasm and willingness to work collaboratively means we have grown to simply consider them to be an extension of our team.Cormach Moore
